Beyond the kitchen, Casa Olmo can be hired to transport anything food-service related — from a commissary to an event site, between venues, or back to the warehouse when it's over. Careful loading, food-safe handling, and on-time arrival, from people who've spent years on the catering side of the truck.

Our kitchen

Everything is cooked in a permitted commercial kitchen by a Certified Food Protection Manager–led team. Food safety is the first ingredient in everything we make.

Lead times

Many takeout orders can be ready within a day or two; larger meals and full trays need a little more notice. Tell us what you'd like and when, and we'll confirm quickly.

Packaging

Orders are packed to travel well and labeled with dietary tags. Serving ware, plates, and utensils are available on request for group orders.

Casa Olmo was founded in Austin, Texas by two partners with more than thirty years of combined experience in the food industry — from professional kitchens to feeding some of the country's fastest-growing companies. We built Casa Olmo around the two things we care about most: the cooking and the service. Every order gets real attention — we take the time to understand what you're planning and deliver exactly what you're looking for.

The name comes from the elm tree — olmo in Spanish — known for deep roots and generous shade. That's how we think about food: something that gathers people, gives comfort, and grows relationships.
